Eligibility Conditions of Graphic Design Jobs

To get into a good company as a graphic designer at the entry level or as a Fresher, the candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design or fine arts from a recognized college or private design school. This is a 3-year degree course. Some prominent institutes offering this course are National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, National Institute of Fashion Design, Delhi, Industrial Design Centre, Mumbai, Pearl Academy, Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune etc.  Candidates can also opt for 1 year diploma course on visual communication after class 12. Some institutes also offer 1 year or 2 year graphic design program after class 12 for candidates above 18 years of age.

Even if you complete your graphic designing course, it does not mean that you can be a good graphic designer. Graphic design jobs are suitable for those who have a creative flair and an innovative bent of mind to create unique and attractive visuals. He or she also needs to have a great sense of aesthetics to make the correct choice of colors, photography, artwork, fonts and other visual effects for the design.
